Multi-Building Heat Pump System Feasibility Study
Coffman performed a civil engineering study to evaluate the feasibility of the proposed routing of hot water pipes along a major avenue in downtown Seattle as part of a large-scale heat pump system to service local buildings. Coffman completed City of Seattle record research and field evaluations to obtain information on the existing utilities along the proposed routes and to prepare utility maps. When a feasible route was found, a schematic design was prepared to show a plan and profile of the proposed piping.
