Mission Hills Commons

This residential and mixed-use project was built in two phases. The first phase included two separate buildings connected by an exterior exit balcony atop a one-level, 88-vehicle parking structure. The two buildings combined total 52,000 sf. This facility accommodates 50 apartment units and one floor of retail space. Site amenities include a manager’s office, community room and exercise room.

The second phase of the Mission Hills Commons consists of two separate apartment buildings connected by an elevated exterior balcony with a mezzanine level on the third floor over ground-level retail space.
