La Jolla Institute for Allergy & Immunology – Life Science Building

La Jolla Institute for Allergy & Immunology (LJIAI) is a three-story, steel-framed research and development building with one level of subterranean parking at the UC San Diego Science Research Park. The project features research laboratory units, 77,000 sf of office and technology space, a 3-story atrium and a 157 seat auditorium.

The facility houses 16 independent laboratories for more than 200 LJIAI employees. Gemini Sciences, Inc. also has offices and research and development laboratories in the building. Gemini employees interact extensively with LJIAI and UCSD researchers to resolve biomedical challenges.
