Kaiser San Diego Hospital Parking Structure

This design-build parking structure provides 2,367 parking spaces over six elevated levels and totals 420,000 sf. The garage is comprised of two components sharing a common foundation system. The North Component includes 1,492 parking spaces and the South Component provides 888 parking spaces.

The components are designed and constructed in two separate phases with a double-row of columns serving as the separation joint. Founded in 1945, Kaiser Permanente is the nation’s largest not-for-profit health plan.
