Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical R & D – Life Science Campus

The Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Research & Development campus was constructed in two phases. The first phase consisted of a 122,000 sf, two-story over basement research facility. Braced steel frames, composite metal deck floors, and masonry basement walls were utilized in the design of this build-to-suit facility. The second phase included a 110,600-square-foot, two-story steel moment frame laboratory and office building over a one-level basement.

The project earned LEED Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
