Harrison Hospital

Coffman recently worked on multiple tenant improvements at CHI Harrison Hospital as the commissioning engineer. These expansions included an acute care unit and a major wing improvement, and the development and implementation of commissioning pre-functional checklists and functional testing for electrical, mechanical, and specialty systems. Written narratives of all required testing protocols were provided by Coffman’s commissioning team for these significant tenant improvement expansions.
