Everett Community College – Gray Wolf Hall

Electrical engineering for a new three-story, 77,000 sf, Undergraduate Education Center at Everett Community College. The project includes classrooms, black box theater, enrollment services center, and general office space. The building is served from a 2000A – 480Y/277V main service switchboard via 15-kV isolation switch and 1500kVA transformer. Low voltage systems include fire alarm, television, telephone/data, and security that are extended from the existing campus service tunnel.

Gray Wolf Hall is Everett Community College’s first green building designed to meet a LEED Gold rating.
