Dan has more than 35 years of experience in all aspects of cathodic protection mitigation. Dan has been working on corrosion control projects in Alaska since 1984, in Hawaii since 2004, and in Montana/North Dakota since 2005. He is technically competent in state and federal regulations, as well as industry standards and recommended practices. Dan has provided expert legal testimonies on a variety of corrosion control issues. He has also served as a technical expert in Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) audits and in NOPV/Safety Orders issues as well as he has provided expert testimony before the US Congress on corrosion control issues. Dan is competent in cathodic protection and coatings activities, technically analyzing and/or developing corrosion control programs, proficient at preparing and administering construction documents and contracts, and efficient at planning, coordinating, and supervising contractors and consultants.
