 Coffman Engineers promotes and encourages the design and construction of facilities the world needs most. Facilities that minimize the use of natural resources by maximizing the use of sustainable practices thus lessening environmental impact, and optimizing energy consumption.
Helping building owners and facility operators identify practical and cost effective system improvements and upgrades that support sustainable facility operation is our goal. We are dedicated energy efficient systems - we want to show an owner there is a benefit to selecting such systems.

- 20+ LEED® accredited professionals on staff
- Understand the intent of the criteria for certifying buildings for LEED®
- In-house commissioning authority, instrumentation & systems controls specialists, lighting design, and construction management services
- Extensive building energy modeling, life-cycle cost analysis, and energy conservation design experience
- Appropriate teaming with outside professionals in computational fluid dynamics, and acoustics and vibration control, as project requirements dictate
