Project/Construction Management
We bring leadership to Owner’s building programs, with 20 years of project management experience throughout the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. In an industry of myriad delivery systems, Owner’s need an advocate to keep their interests at the forefront of the decision making process.
Our work includes such diverse experience as:
- Managing capital improvement programs for school districts
- Oversight during the design/construction of Seattle’s Symphony Concert Hall
- Managing Lab improvements on major bio-technology center
- Establishing the program and implementing design on corporate offices
- Construction management of a removable spillway weir on a dam to facilitate the migration of young salmon downstream
