Our civil engineering department offers extensive design experience covering a broad range of projects. Our civil engineering capabilities include permit acquisition, design, and construction management. Permitting assistance experience includes permit application completion, permit drawing preparation, and permit submittal. We have also prepared complete permit packages for submittal to the appropriate agencies when multiple permits are required for one project. We are particularly familiar with the unique civil design considerations of cold regions including permafrost, high water tables, snow drifting, and frost heave. We have the knowledge and experience to mitigate these problems in our designs. Specific areas of civil design experience include: - Utility delivery
