When it comes to sustainability, Coffman sets high standards.  Our electrical team designed the first LEED Platinum building in Eastern Washington - the 100-year-old historic Saranac Building. A photovoltaic wall, occupancy censors, and perimeter daylight sensor controls all help this building and its tenants reduce its energy consumption by 80% compared to a typical building - because at Coffman we do the atypical.

The Saranac Building consists of a 42,000 sf of mixed-used leasable space including a restaurant, art gallery, two movie theaters, community TV station, office space, and training rooms.
