Scott Mohr is an experienced architect, project manager, and construction administrator on a broad range of projects including industrial, educational, recreational, commercial, and institutional facilities. As a Principal-in-Charge and Senior Project Manager on numerous projects, Scott has been responsible for over $1 billion in construction over the last 22 years. His work includes site selection and environmental permit processing, master planning and facilitating user input, and completion of architectural programs. Overall management responsibilities include design team selection, architectural design review and coordination, representing the Owner to public and community groups, preparing local, state, and federal permit applications, maintaining budget and schedule control of the contracts, managing the design and construction phases, and coordinating Owner commissioning and move-in.
