William K. McNeal, P.E.
Principal, Senior Mechanical Engineer                                             Anchorage

Bill McNeal has over 32 years of engineering and engineering management experience, with specific Alaskan experience dating from 1982. His experience covers all phases of project design from budget cost projections, preliminary inspections and system analysis, to construction administration and final inspections.  He has been involved in numerous design build projects both as an owner’s representative and as a member of the construction team.  He has performed as engineer-of-record on mechanical projects of all sizes up to $30,000,000 and has designed all phases of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems. Additionally, Bill has participated in and led seminars on ASHRAE Standard 90.1 (Energy Efficiency in Buildings), Building System Commissioning, and Automatic Temperature Control System Maintenance. He has also led seminars for the Alaska Energy Office on "Energy Conservation in Buildings".
 
Bill’s project resume includes numerous Department of Defense projects with examples from all branches of the military. Other projects include k through 12 schools, university classrooms, museums, office buildings, hangars, vehicle maintenance facilities and fire satiations.  The above projects are located in the larger cities in Alaska as well as at remote sites and in rural areas throughout the state.
