Karl Kolb has a diverse background in structural engineering design as well as project management. His experience includes both commercial and industrial projects for both government organizations and private businesses. Project types range from new design to seismic upgrades, renovations, remodels/expansions, and value engineering in markets such as health care, retail, recreational facilities, industrial, and military sectors. Karl’s history includes creative problem-solving of design issues, where innovative solutions are required for value, constructability and schedule concerns. His role at Coffman Engineers also includes responsibility for oversight of some areas of operations management.
